Kym Klein

Tennessee born and bred, Kym Klein brings a southern sweetness and nurturing approach to her teaching style.
With enthusiasm to squeeze the most out of each and every moment, Kym’s energy is contagious. She believes in the invigorating power that yoga offers the mind, body, and spirit. She believes finding that connection helps create vitality, increasing will power, and the capacity to bear stress.
Kym’s passion for yoga stems from her competitive dance background. She found yoga in 2003 while pausing her dance career to become a mother to two girls. She began experimenting with various styles of the practice, beginning with Sivananda, and broadening her knowledge by studying Vinyasa, Hatha, and Bikram. Vinyasa flow felt like home as it has a dance-like sensibility that was so familiar. In her class students will feel the importance of integrating the spiritual and philosophical teachings of yoga while mindfully synchronizing breath and movement.
Kym prides herself on making her classes accessible for everyone. She offers a slow and deep practice for beginners, yet challenging to even the most advanced students. Kym has a mission to create space for her students to find freedom and resonance in their bodies and lives.
Expect to leave her class feeling stronger, more flexible, balanced, and most importantly, uplifted!

Cocolah Patitus

Cocolah loves to provide her clients with great, high energy workouts while having fun at the same time. Born and raised in Thailand, she left her home country at the age of 19 to pursue higher education in Australia where she studied International Business on a scholarship. She said, "In the past, I made excuses that I don't have time for working out." Before she knew it, she had become 40 lbs overweight. She admits, "I was worried about looking like a fool and ashamed of my body to start taking classes! It took me sometime to love my self image again. I want to encourage anyone out there to love their body, too! Its challenging after a long stressful day of school or work to head to the studio. But show up anyway! We will do it together!" Cocolah wants to help her clients find the same feelings of accomplishment and confidence throughout each workout. She is always striving to improve herself and learn something new every day. She is passionate about building a career helping people workout to feel positive, refreshed, and healthy. She teaches Barre, Yoga, Pilates, and Spin classes. Cocolah speaks fluent English, Thai, and Cantonese.

Georgianna Boynton

Georgie's experience teaching group fitness begins at age seventeen in her hometown of Rutland, Vermont. Starting as a hobby from a childhood full of sports, dance became her favorite activity. From there, her desire for fitness grew as she began expanding her areas of practice. She holds a teaching certification in Hot Pilates as well as three Les Mills programs. The foundation of her classes safely incorporates a combination of yoga, HIIT, barbell exercises, and free weights for participants of all fitness levels.

AJ Londono

AJ is a fitness instructor and personal trainer from Long Island, NY with almost a decade of experience. Before realizing his calling and passion for fitness, he received his Bachelor's degree in both Psychology and Biology, and had medical school in mind.
He knew he was intrigued by the human body and health, but it was only after his studies and time in the gym that he realized his passion was helping people optimize their lives and health.
In 2014, AJ began studying mindfulness, and was introduced to yoga! Now, AJ uses fundamentals of yoga, meditation, and mobility protocols to help change the lives of thousands of people in the yoga & wellness world.

 

Evolution hot pilates combines pilates exercises with high-intensity interval training, cardio and yoga. Always taught in a heated room, this high-energy class builds strength and endurance.
