Adriana Lee

Adriana was first introduced to yoga at the age of nine, then again at 13, and again and again until finally the practice stuck with her like glue. Yoga taught her to see past the delusions and illusions of this life. It showed her the sweetness hidden beneath the gears of the daily grind. At 23, Adriana packed her bags and went to Spain for her 200 Hour RYT in Vinyasa Yoga at Frog Lotus Yoga's center Suryalila. She returned to her hometown Las Vegas, NV and studied an additional 50 hours of Forrest yoga under Heba Saab of HIBS Yoga. She continued her training with Heba by assisting and acting as a mentor to her 200 Hour trainees. Truly, she keeps learning every time she steps on to the mat. Her intention when she teaches is to share what she's learned about the magic of movement, and the bliss of being.

Kristen Brush

After completing her 200 hour training at Anchorage Yoga in Alaska, Kristen left her desk job as an engineer to pursue the spreading and teaching of yoga. Although Delray Beach, FL is her hometown, she has recently moved back after living on the island of St.Thomas, where she taught vinyasa and paddle board yoga. Her intention is to provide students a platform for creating a meaningful mind-body connection through physical movement. With over seven years of personal practice, Kristen shares from a heart of devotion with the hope of allowing others to experience the transformative nature of committing to the practice. While teaching class, her engineering background translates into a meticulous focus on anatomy and hands-on adjustments. She believes that it is most important for yogis to get on their mat when tired, weak, and anxious; these are the moments when vulnerability allows yoga to the mold the spirit.

A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.
