April Pulli

April is originally from Long Island, New York and has always had a passion for fitness and staying active. She started teaching group fitness classes as a part time job while in college. After graduating, April pursued a career in fashion in New York City but her love for fitness was always there. She continued to teach part time, it was her “fun job” her release from the daily grind of New York City. As an Instructor for over 30 years,April has obtained multiple certifications such as AFAA group fitness,Spinning,Booty Barre,P90X,Bootcamp,Mat Pilates and POUND. In 1997 April moved to South Florida,she lives in Parkland with her husband and daughter. April continues to stay active and loves teaching and sharing her knowledge of fitness with others.April has always had a passion for fitness, staying active and overall wellness. As a group fitness instructor for over 30 years she is certified by The Athletics Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She has since obtained additional certifications in Spinning,Booty Barre,P90x ,Bootcamp,Mat Pilates and POUND. For April teaching group fitness is the greatest job in the world. She gets to share her passion for fitness with others by creating high energy, fun classes that will motivate and challenge you to be the best version of yourself. April loves being a part of this amazing community of fitness minded people.

Stacey Rothstein

Stacey grew up in Long Island, New York. She has been married for 20 years and has 3 amazing kids. She hold a masters degree in Speech/Language Pathology. After moving to South Florida in 2015 she took a break from her demanding career and found a love for Yoga and Pilates. That love transpired into a passion. It became an outlet for her physical and mental well-being. She hopes to bring that love to her students and show them it’s never too late to strengthen your body and your mind .

April Clendenin

April’s love of dance started at a very young age. At the age of 15, she moved away from her family to pursue her dance training year-round at the Harid Conservatory in Boca Raton, FL and spent her summers with Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle, WA. After an unfortunate injury left her unable to pursue dance professionally, April returned home to focus on her education. In 2014, she relocated to South Florida with her husband and two boys. April quickly found Barre as a great fitness program that brought her back to her dancing days. It was then that she realized fitness was her calling. April is currently certified in Barre, PiYo, as well as Hot Pilates. As Lead Barre instructor she has developed two training curriculums that are currently offered at Evolution Yoga.

Lisa Kehoe

Originally from Key West Florida, Lisa has now settled into the South Florida area as a practicing attorney. Lisa found herself gravitating towards fitness in her years as a law student. She found that Pilates and Barre classes were not only a great way to get in shape but also a way to escape the daily stresses and hit that mental refresh button to find the perfect work-home life balance.

In her classes, you can expect to be challenged both physically and mentally, with the ultimate goal of providing a creative outlet for you to destress and rejuvenate your mind.

Amy Frank

Amy has a lot of energy. She is a mama and certified yoga, pilates, and barre instructor. Fitness has been her passion for as long as she can remember. She has taken this love to her community, inspiring her students to go beyond what they believe they can achieve, leading to an increase in confidence and self-love.

Exclusively at Evolution, Amy’s classes are a thoughtful blend of breath-centered flow, skillful alignment cues, inspired sequencing, and purposeful moments of pause and reflection. Specializing in core stability, balance and flexibility, she brings her passion for a holistic fitness regime to every one of her classes. Expect to sweat, push yourself, and have fun.

Balls, bands, light weights and more are used in this high-intensity class to assist in creating proper form and to intensify certain exercises. This class uses the technique of traditional mat pilates and the intensity of cardio intervals to create a whole body workout. 95 degrees with 40% humidity.
