Hot Pilates

Amy Frank

Born and raised in New Jersey, Amy Frank developed her love of movement and all things kinetic at an early age. She started her training in classical ballet which she continued through college and after as a hobby. A graduate of Tufts University, she studied Child Psychology and Advertising and joined the rat race in New York City sitting at a desk for long hours. Pilates, yoga and running did more than keep her healthy. Each exercise was a moving meditation in which she could process emotion, let go of every day stress and cultivate the connection between body and mind.

After moving to South Florida and having children, she discovered Hot Yoga and immediately recognized the benefits she received from her practice both on and off of the mat.

Life gave her a second opportunity to pursue the path she felt she was always meant for: a career incorporating her passion for yoga, love for anatomy and desire to help others. Since completing her 200 RYT training with Jimmy Barkan of the Barkan Method, she has been guiding others to let go of negativity and open their hearts to their own inner strength.

Amy believes that the real yoga happens when you walk outside the studio. Her goal is to connect with her students on a personal level to help them quiet their mind, focus on their alignment and stay present. Exercise is more than just staying physically fit; it is about nurturing mental health, growth, transformation and healing… all while having fun and smiling.

Adriana Lee

Adriana was first introduced to yoga at the age of nine, then again at 13, and again and again until finally the practice stuck with her like glue. Yoga taught her to see past the delusions and illusions of this life. It showed her the sweetness hidden beneath the gears of the daily grind. At 23, Adriana packed my bags and went to Spain for my 200 Hour RYT in Vinyasa Yoga at Frog Lotus Yoga's center Suryalila. She returned to her hometown Las Vegas, NV and studied an additional 50 hours of Forrest yoga under Heba Saab of HIBS Yoga. She continued her training with Heba by assisting and acting as a mentor to her 200 Hour trainees. Truly, she keeps learning every time she steps on to the mat. Her intention when she teaches is to share what She's learned about the magic of movement, and the bliss of being.

Amber Weaver

I am certified in Pilates and Yoga and have a strong background in the health and fitness industry. In 2014 I received my B.S. in Alternative Medicine which included many studies in holistic health.
My ultimate goal is to help others find peace and happiness within themselves. I believe we all posses the desire to find balance in our mind and body. I fell in love with yoga during the pregnancy of my third child and it instantly became a very important part of my life. Recently I completed my 200hr YTT with Paige Held and Kelly Green and my hope is to share my knowledge and experience with others. Everyone deserves to live a life they love!

Balls, Bands and Blocks are used in this class to assist in creating proper form and to intensify certain exercises.  This class uses the technique of traditional mat pilates and the intensity of cardio intervals to create a whole body work out.
