Jeannie Cassara

Jeannie has devoted herself to fitness and well being industry since 1997. Jeannie's mission is helping clients discover how to incorporate healthy habits into their busy lives. She is passionate about motivating people to achieve their highest potential with a wellness approach. Jeannie has developed a following showing her clients the importance of mindful eating through proper nutrition, safe and effective exercises and techniques for managing your stress that will allow you to take charge of your health and well-being.

Jeannie is a licensed massage therapist with additional certifications in NASM, ACE, and AFFA.

Tresa Anderson

Tresa Anderson teaches Love Spin Circuit, Love Spin TRX, Love Spin Core, TRX, TRX Bootcamp and Love Set. As a Personal Trainer, Spinning Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor and Yoga Teacher she brings 10+ years of fitness experience to her classes. Tresa is certified through AFPA, AAFA, TRX, Mad Dogg Athletics and Yoga Alliance. During her classes students can expect a balance of challenge & recovery in the midst of humor & acceptance. All levels welcome, just as you are.

Mikhail Nazaryev

Hey everyone, my name is Mikhail Nazaryev and I’m an aerobic gymnastics coach, personal and group fitness trainer.
I always lead others by example, find personal approach and really teach all levels from beginners to pro athletes.
Qualified TRX, Kettle-bell, Bootcamps, handstands and gymnastics overall fitness professional I build the community and let people train as a team by making hard work fun which is eventually bring everyone to awesome results!
Certified personal trainer, fitness science master degree, European and World Cup champion, World Games title holder.

April Pulli

April is originally from Long Island, New York and has always had a passion for fitness and staying active. She started teaching group fitness classes as a part time job while in college. After graduating, April pursued a career in fashion in New York City but her love for fitness was always there. She continued to teach part time, it was her “fun job” her release from the daily grind of New York City. As an Instructor for over 30 years,April has obtained multiple certifications such as AFAA group fitness,Spinning,Booty Barre,P90X,Bootcamp,Mat Pilates and POUND. In 1997 April moved to South Florida,she lives in Parkland with her husband and daughter. April continues to stay active and loves teaching and sharing her knowledge of fitness with others.April has always had a passion for fitness, staying active and overall wellness. As a group fitness instructor for over 30 years she is certified by The Athletics Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She has since obtained additional certifications in Spinning,Booty Barre,P90x ,Bootcamp,Mat Pilates and POUND. For April teaching group fitness is the greatest job in the world. She gets to share her passion for fitness with others by creating high energy, fun classes that will motivate and challenge you to be the best version of yourself. April loves being a part of this amazing community of fitness minded people.

Keri Kaufman

Keri just recently moved down to Florida from Plainview, New York. She has always loved being a part of the fitness world. This has been a passion of hers for more than 20 years along with being an Elementary School teacher. Just as she loved seeing the growth in her students at school academically, she equally enjoys motivating her clients to transform their bodies and increase fitness levels. Keri strives to make every workout fun, challenging and efficient. She enjoys getting to know her clients and tailoring sessions for each class, whether they have never been to a gym before or have been training for years. As a group fitness instructor and former Elementary Education teacher, she brings excitement and creativity to her workouts. Keri's goal is to help clients reach their fitness goals with sustainable, balanced and healthy lifestyle changes. She holds her certifications from Real Ryder, MADD Dog Spinning, TRX, AFAA Group Fitness, Pilates and Personal Training.
Turbo charge your workout! Love Spin Circuit training is a total body workout that involves performing both strength and cardio training exercises.  We have combined TRX kettlebells, light  weights, battle ropes, bands, slam balls and spin bikes for a fun, high intensity workout. Join in and challenge yourself!
