Having been in the performing arts industry from a young age and later working professionally as a dancer and aerial artist both in Europe and the US, the arts have always been part of Alexandra's life. She views the arts as a means of expression, exploration, awareness and creativity. This greatly relates to Yoga. She started yoga 10 years ago as a form of fitness however soon enough realized that it had a holistic impact and aided her in many ways.
Alexandra brings her knowledge of and her passion for the arts and physical fitness within her teaching. She enjoys teaching a variety of styles for all ages!!! Her mission is to help everyone express, explore, release, have fun and leave each class feeling lighter, though energized and more positive. This will ultimately lead to creating strong relationships, positive-peaceful minds, healthy bodies and happy souls!
