Lisa Steiner

Lisa Rome-Steiner has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years. She has completed the Barkan Method‘s Level I, II-III hot yoga and vinyasa trainings. As a long time runner, she developed 4 herniated discs and lacked flexibility. Yoga became her savior. Her regular yoga practice resulted in not only a physical but mental shift as well. Lisa is grateful to share her passion with others so they can witness the multiple benefits of yoga on and off the mat. Expect to breathe, move and smile in all of her classes.

Vikky Santana

Vikky Santana, 500-hour RYT, was born and raised in Miami, Fl. and lives with her daughter in Coral Springs, FL. She was introduced to yoga 20 years ago but it wasn’t until the birth of her daughter 13 years ago that she really saw her life’s purpose. “Yoga literally saved my life. I am compelled to teach all aspects of the practice in the hopes of helping others help themselves.”

In 2010 she completed her first 200hr RYT certification and soon after her 100hr Philosophy certification at Philip Christodoulou's Anuttara Yoga Shala. She continued her education with BEa Raydo at Yoga Connection earning her 300hr RYT.

She’s taken her wisdom and created KriYin Yoga a systematic yogic practice done on the floor with the primary purpose of deepening your awareness of body, mind and spirit. It’s meditation, breath work and yin to calm the mind and feed the soul.

Her flow classes are challenging, funny and insightful. Vikky’s philosophy about yoga is, “The mat is our “life nursery.” On the mat we learn the skills needed to flow with equanimity off the mat.” She teaches off the mat and provides verbal and hands-on assists to help you with your practice. The music is contemporary and upbeat. Known as the #hugthug, don’t be surprised if she hugs you tight.

Maxine Schwartz

Maxine Schwartz, manager and co-owner, is thrilled to bring the Evolution Yoga brand to her hometown of Parkland/Coconut Creek. Maxine, a 19-year practitioner, is certified by the renowned Jimmy Barkan in hot yoga and Vinyasa levels I, II, III.

Always active and on the go, Maxine discovered yoga while training for her first NYC Marathon. While training, she incorporated hot yoga and found that it perfectly complemented her training. Yoga assisted in the avoidance of injury and calmed her during challenging moments in her training. She was determined to share the benefits of yoga and became a certified teacher in 2003.

Passionate about all aspects of yoga, Maxine has developed a large student base in South Florida. Her creative yoga classes continue to help students to create physical, mental and spiritual harmony in their lives.

Adriana Lee

Adriana was first introduced to yoga at the age of nine, then again at 13, and again and again until finally the practice stuck with her like glue. Yoga taught her to see past the delusions and illusions of this life. It showed her the sweetness hidden beneath the gears of the daily grind. At 23, Adriana packed her bags and went to Spain for her 200 Hour RYT in Vinyasa Yoga at Frog Lotus Yoga's center Suryalila. She returned to her hometown Las Vegas, NV and studied an additional 50 hours of Forrest yoga under Heba Saab of HIBS Yoga. She continued her training with Heba by assisting and acting as a mentor to her 200 Hour trainees. Truly, she keeps learning every time she steps on to the mat. Her intention when she teaches is to share what she's learned about the magic of movement, and the bliss of being.

Martine Rosenstein

Martine Rosenstein received her 200 hour RYT at Evolution Yoga in Coconut Creek,FL under the direct guidance of Vikky Santana, in July 2018. Martine “tried” yoga the first time in 2013 after the birth of her 2nd child and quickly began practicing regularly. She loves all different types of fitness from weightlifting to running, but has always turned to yoga to integrate a level of balance into her life. Since beginning, she has been influenced by many local teachers, including Maxine Schwartz and Amy Frank. Her classes focus on Hot Power Flow and Love Set and are high energy with a natural flow. Martine lives in Parkland, FL with her family and dogs.

Amy Frank

Born and raised in New Jersey, Amy Frank developed her love of movement and all things kinetic at an early age. She started her training in classical ballet which she continued through college and after as a hobby. A graduate of Tufts University, she studied Child Psychology and Advertising and joined the rat race in New York City sitting at a desk for long hours. Pilates, yoga and running did more than keep her healthy. Each exercise was a moving meditation in which she could process emotion, let go of every day stress and cultivate the connection between body and mind.

After moving to South Florida and having children, she discovered Hot Yoga and immediately recognized the benefits she received from her practice both on and off of the mat.

Life gave her a second opportunity to pursue the path she felt she was always meant for: a career incorporating her passion for yoga, love for anatomy and desire to help others. Since completing her 200 RYT training with Jimmy Barkan of the Barkan Method, she has been guiding others to let go of negativity and open their hearts to their own inner strength.

Amy believes that the real yoga happens when you walk outside the studio. Her goal is to connect with her students on a personal level to help them quiet their mind, focus on their alignment and stay present. Exercise is more than just staying physically fit; it is about nurturing mental health, growth, transformation and healing… all while having fun and smiling.

Amy Kenny

Amy Kenny is a passionate yogi who has transformed her life through yoga. As an athlete and triathlete, Amy found yoga to help keep her flexible and balanced when training. Soon, she fell in love with the practice and the benefits not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually. As a high school English teacher, she saw the need for mindfulness and yoga in the schools and became a certified yoga instructor. She currently teaches a full schedule of yoga to over 300 students and athletes at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland.
Amy has a playful and athletic approach to her vinyasa style class. Her classes are suitable for all levels, as she mixes great music with multi-level options through each sequence of poses, often infusing arm balances, inversions, and more advanced options into the flow of the class. There is always a soulful message. Amy is trained in Vedic meditation and often leads the class through various breathing practices and meditation techniques. She teaches the gamut from large festivals with huge crowds, to private clients and everywhere in between connecting with her students with every breath.
Amy’s class is truly a fun way to get a fantastic work out… while you get a work in of mindfulness, peace, calm. Bring a friend or make one.
