Vinyasas can be frustrating. Often times, we expect different results from the same action. This workshop introduces you to a new and simplified approach; step, hop, jump, and float. By practicing these four fundamental techniques repetitively, you will progress, as you never thought you could before. You’ll come to seated or jump back into a Vinyasa in a way that regardless of where you are physically, you’ll feel the float in your new-found empoweredness.
