She is dedicated to helping you see beyond the physical benefits of the practice so that you can dive deeper into understanding how yoga can be transformative and life changing. As an ambassador of yoga, Heather is recognized and supported by Lululemon and Manduka for her dedication and work in the yoga community.

Caroline Schwarz

t is my passion to help guide people through their internal work with the teachings of yoga. I use the principles of the Koshas (layers of self) to allow my students to dive inward to clear out the energetic clutter that can show itself through physical, emotional and mental pain. I create therapeutic movement based classes and work 1:1 to help connect students befriend their bodies and understand the connections with the layers of self. I am a 200hr RYT and on my path to becoming an Internationally Accredited Yoga Therapist of 954hr!

Brittany Kovler

Brittany believes that yoga is not something that you only practice on your mat. Yoga is something you practice all day long. For Brittany, yoga has been a slow, consistent and beautiful process of self-exploration, self-transformation, self-acceptance and self-LOVE. Improvement in strength and flexibility, in the body and in the mind, may take years, decades or even a whole lifetime. Brittany keeps reminding herself and fellow practitioners that: “Body not stiff. Mind stiff.”

Brittany is a 500E-RYT, RPYT (Prenatal) and a certified holistic health coach. While living in Los Angeles she completed her first 200hr TT in 2012 based on hot power flow. In 2014, she attended a 300hr TT with Noah Maze, which was heavily influenced by the Anusara and Iyengar styles of yoga. In 2015, she attended an 85hr Prenatal TT at Wanderlust Studio in LA. After Brittany moved back to Florida, she studied in an Ashtanga Yoga 200hr TT with Tim Feldman and Kino MacGregor in 2018. Brittany graduated from University of Southern California with a BA in Acting and a minor in Vocal Arts.
