Kenyan Wallace

Kenyan was born May 3, 1997. After a broken wrist and shoulder injury sent him through physical therapy at a young age, he realized his love for fitness and the recovery aspects of training. Kenyan's philosophy has the core values of therapy, but evolves as you progress and is used for the prevention of injury in the future instead. Kenyan is a Sports Conditioning Specialist, a Senior Fitness specialist, and a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. He has experience as a Master Trainer at LA fitness since 2015, and a personal trainer for "Evolved Performance" since 2017. Check him and his amazing classes out at Evolution Yoga!

AJ Londono

AJ is a fitness instructor and personal trainer from Long Island, NY with almost a decade of experience. Before realizing his calling and passion for fitness, he received his Bachelor's degree in both Psychology and Biology, and had medical school in mind.
He knew he was intrigued by the human body and health, but it was only after his studies and time in the gym that he realized his passion was helping people optimize their lives and health.
In 2014, AJ began studying mindfulness, and was introduced to yoga! Now, AJ uses fundamentals of yoga, meditation, and mobility protocols to help change the lives of thousands of people in the yoga & wellness world.

 

Tresa Anderson

Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor Specializing in Spinning and TRX. Specialty certifications include Longevity Wellness Specialist, Agility Balance and Coordination Training Specialist, Balance Progressions Specialist and Core Training Specialist.

Jenny Little

Jenny Little, AFAA, NESTA,NAFC
Florida native, mother of two great boys ,Davis and Ben, and wife to Jon. My life is all about mobility. As a Triathlete I know the importance foundational functional movement. I am not only a qualified TRX instructor in One on One, Functional, Group and RIP but also a CERTIFIED TRX TRAINER. I bring my knowledge of TRX, Indoor Cycle, Strength, Conditioning,Mobility and Multi Modality Functional Training as a coach, trainer and motivator. Let's earn our better together!
Suspension training with a bootcamp/cardio flare! in this intense 60 minute bootcamp class the instructor uses multiple modalities ranging from Kettlebells, Battleropes, Steel Maces, Bands, Dumbbells, and of course the TRX to create a fun and dynamic 1 hour thrilling experience! All levels welcome. a yoga mat is optional but encouraged, and always have a water bottle for hydration!
