Love Set 60 (Heated)

This class is taught by:

Anthony Colantone

Reflecting back over the past ten years I can’t help but smile. Despite all the hardships, challenges and set backs, there were so many more positive and beautiful moments to cherish. Yoga has been the back bone of my journey and I worry what my life today might look like if it wasn’t.

Not only has yoga healed my back from a severe injury as well as kept me healthy and free of illness, but it has also opened my mind and shifted my perspective in profound ways. Allowing me to see the beauty in all of life and in all of me.

I hope to share the wonderful power of yoga with as many people as possible. Anyone can rebuild themselves, they only need to show up and do the work.

I have been teaching for 4 years now and practicing in Bikram, hot power Vinyasa and Iyengar based Vinyasa for over 10 years. Ive completed two 200 hr teacher training programs and continues to practice and study 6 times a week. On the 7th day I eat pizza and sleep. Hope to see you in class!!!

GiGi Brandofino

GiGi found yoga through free classes offered at her local 24 Hour Fitness while living in San Francisco, CA. The very first class brought her to tears for the entire hour in a room full of strangers. These were tears of joy for she’d finally found this missing internal link. No stranger to anxiety and depression, the practice became her saving grace during these undesirable moments of life. The greatest gift that yoga gives her is this moment right here, right now; the more she focuses on her breath, the more control she has over everything.

Upon moving back to South Florida, she found Evolution Yoga and was immediately drawn to teaching. In October 2017 she earned her 200 RYT certification in Hatha with Vikky Santana (RYT 500) at Evolution Yoga.

From a background of language and literature with a Bachelor of Arts in English, this fusion of mind, body, and spirit appeals to her in many forms. Her intention with teaching is to guide others towards self liberation through creative expression.

Vikky Santana

Vikky Santana, 500-hour RYT, was born and raised in Miami, Fl. and lives with her daughter in Coral Springs, FL. She was introduced to yoga 20 years ago but it wasn’t until the birth of her daughter 16 years ago that she really saw her life’s purpose. “Yoga literally saved my life. I am compelled to teach all aspects of the practice in the hopes of helping others help themselves.”
In 2010 she completed her first 200hr RYT certification and soon after her 100hr Philosophy certification at Philip Christodoulou's Anuttara Yoga Shala. She continued her education with BEa Raydo at Yoga Connection earning her 300hr RYT.

Her training is classic, orthodox Yoga. Her goal is to teach others the ancient practice and tools in a contemporary fashion. Be prepared to be challenged, to laugh and to be moved.

Vikky leads our Yoga Certification program at Evolution Yoga, is the Team Lead for our Hot Yoga and is the founder of KriYin® Yoga. Follow her wisdom and antics @VikkySantanaYoga,,

Martine Rosenstein

Martine “tried” yoga the first time in 2013 after the birth of her 2nd child and quickly began practicing regularly. She loves all different types of fitness from weightlifting to running, but has always turned to yoga to integrate a level of balance into her life. Since beginning, she has been influenced by many local teachers, including Maxine Schwartz and Amy Frank. Her classes focus on Hot Power Flow and Love Set and are high energy with a natural flow. Martine lives in Parkland, FL with her family and dogs.
