Caroline Schwarz

I'm a New York native and a wandering soul constantly looking for new adventures in this amazing life. My passion is connecting our minds with our bodies, and finding the balance that allows us to see new perspectives in this world. I create my classes inspired by my anatomy based training, where I use my knowledge of the anatomical body and our energy centers, to develop sequences that strengthen the body and help expand each students flexibility and balance to their most comfortable level. My goal is to guide my students on their yoga journey and help them in any way needed, but also to let them understand that this is their path and that they must learn to grow from the inside out. I'm a believer that self-love is the first thing we all must master in order to find joy in the world that surrounds us, and also learn to accept that we cannot control the unexpected. So lets just have fun and do yoga :)

Marisa Leal

Marisa is a 3rd generation yogi! Her exposure to vinyasa started in her early childhood,although it wasn’t until her late teenage years that she fell in love with the practice. Marisa began her teacher training in 2013 and was certified through Leslie Glickman (RYS 200 hour) at Yoga Journey in early 2015. Since then Marisa has grown tremendously in her practice both as a teacher and student and is inspired to share the gift of yoga with others. She believes the mind, body, soul connection is a sacred one, and one that should be nurtured and loved. With that mentality, she teaches her classes from her heart creating an uplifting, safe environment for students to begin to explore and expand within their own body and consciousness.

Vikky Santana

Vikky Santana, 500-hour RYT, was born and raised in Miami, Fl. and lives with her daughter in Coral Springs, FL. She was introduced to yoga 20 years ago but it wasn’t until the birth of her daughter 13 years ago that she really saw her life’s purpose. “Yoga literally saved my life. I am compelled to teach all aspects of the practice in the hopes of helping others help themselves.”

In 2010 she completed her first 200hr RYT certification and soon after her 100hr Philosophy certification at Philip Christodoulou's Anuttara Yoga Shala. She continued her education with BEa Raydo at Yoga Connection earning her 300hr RYT.

She’s taken her wisdom and created Kriya Yin Yoga a systematic yogic practice done on the floor with the primary purpose of deepening your awareness of body, mind and spirit. It’s meditation, breath work and yin to calm the mind and feed the soul.

Her flow classes are challenging, funny and insightful. Vikky’s philosophy about yoga is, “The mat is our “life nursery.” On the mat we learn the skills needed to flow with equanimity off the mat.” She teaches off the mat and provides verbal and hands-on assists to help you with your practice. The music is contemporary and upbeat. Known as the #hugthug, don’t be surprised if she hugs you tight.

Lisa Steiner

Lisa Rome-Steiner has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years. She has completed the Barkan Method‘s Level I, II-III hot yoga and vinyasa trainings. As a long time runner, she developed 4 herniated discs and lacked flexibility. Yoga became her savior. Her regular yoga practice resulted in not only a physical but mental shift as well. Lisa is grateful to share her passion with others so they can witness the multiple benefits of yoga on and off the mat. Expect to breathe, move and smile in all of her classes.

Amber Weaver

I am certified in Pilates and Yoga and have a strong background in the health and fitness industry. In 2014 I received my B.S. in Alternative Medicine which included many studies in holistic health.
My ultimate goal is to help others find peace and happiness within themselves. I believe we all posses the desire to find balance in our mind and body. I fell in love with yoga during the pregnancy of my third child and it instantly became a very important part of my life. Recently I completed my 200hr YTT with Paige Held and Kelly Green and my hope is to share my knowledge and experience with others. Everyone deserves to live a life they love!
This intelligently sequenced class is set to 105 degrees with 40% humidity and inspired by the original 84 postures of the Ghosh Yoga method. Students can expect consistency in class structure as well as instruction for both deepening and modifying, as well as clear precise instruction for entering and exiting poses. Benefits include:
stronger, toned muscles, general sense of well-being (physical and psychological), improved flexibility, increased mental clarity, detoxification (through sweat), alleviating many ailments including stress, arthritis, muscular pain, insomnia, and asthma, potential
for weight loss. This class is accessible to all levels and body types.
