Caroline Schwarz

I'm a New York native and a wandering soul constantly looking for new adventures in this amazing life. My passion is connecting our minds with our bodies, and finding the balance that allows us to see new perspectives in this world. I create my classes inspired by my anatomy based training, where I use my knowledge of the anatomical body and our energy centers, to develop sequences that strengthen the body and help expand each students flexibility and balance to their most comfortable level. My goal is to guide my students on their yoga journey and help them in any way needed, but also to let them understand that this is their path and that they must learn to grow from the inside out. I'm a believer that self-love is the first thing we all must master in order to find joy in the world that surrounds us, and also learn to accept that we cannot control the unexpected. So lets just have fun and do yoga :)

Anthony Colantone

It was through a severe spinal injury, which ended his professional dance career, that Anthony discovered the world of yoga. The main part of his rehabilitation was through yoga, thus avoiding the need for surgery. After developing a dedicated Bikram practice, Anthony began to benefit immensely from many of the healing qualities that come with deep self-exploration. Having a quieter mind, a healthier body, and greater control of his emotions and management of life’s beautiful chaos all sparked a fire within him. His newfound control of body and mind were intoxicating.

Upon moving to south Florida, Anthony knew it was time to commit to a new path and make his dream of teaching yoga a reality. Training with the well renowned Jimmy Barkan of The Barkan method, Anthony received his 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification. Four years later, he continues to cultivate a beginner’s mind and actively seeks out yogic knowledge and philosophies. Just recently finishing his second 200 hour training in an Iyengar based Vinyasa at Yoga Palm Beach , he credits his newest layers and teaching style to the phenomenal Karen Burnett.

His passion to help others find and define their personal journey through yoga is what motivates him to show up to each class open-hearted and fully present.

Maxine Schwartz

Maxine Schwartz, manager and co-owner, is thrilled to bring the Evolution Yoga brand to her hometown of Parkland/Coconut Creek. Maxine, a 19-year practitioner, is certified by the renowned Jimmy Barkan in hot yoga and Vinyasa levels I, II, III.

Always active and on the go, Maxine discovered yoga while training for her first NYC Marathon. While training, she incorporated hot yoga and found that it perfectly complemented her training. Yoga assisted in the avoidance of injury and calmed her during challenging moments in her training. She was determined to share the benefits of yoga and became a certified teacher in 2003.

Passionate about all aspects of yoga, Maxine has developed a large student base in South Florida. Her creative yoga classes continue to help students to create physical, mental and spiritual harmony in their lives.

GiGi Brandofino

GiGi found yoga through free classes offered at her local 24 Hour Fitness while living in San Francisco, CA. The very first class brought her to tears for the entire hour in a room full of strangers. These were tears of joy for she’d finally found this missing internal link. No stranger to anxiety and depression, the practice became her saving grace during these undesirable moments of life. The greatest gift that yoga gives her is this moment right here, right now; the more she focuses on her breath the more control she has over everything. Upon moving back to South Florida, she found Evolution and was immediately drawn to teaching. From a background of language and literature with a Bachelor of Arts in English, this fusion of mind, body, and spirit appeals to her in many forms. Her intention through teaching is to guide others towards self liberation through creative expression.

Vikky Santana

Vikky Santana, 500-hour RYT, was born and raised in Miami, Fl. and lives with her daughter in Coral Springs, FL. She was introduced to yoga 20 years ago but it wasn’t until the birth of her daughter 13 years ago that she really saw her life’s purpose. “Yoga literally saved my life. I am compelled to teach all aspects of the practice in the hopes of helping others help themselves.”

In 2010 she completed her first 200hr RYT certification and soon after her 100hr Philosophy certification at Philip Christodoulou's Anuttara Yoga Shala. She continued her education with BEa Raydo at Yoga Connection earning her 300hr RYT.

She’s taken her wisdom and created KriYin Yoga a systematic yogic practice done on the floor with the primary purpose of deepening your awareness of body, mind and spirit. It’s meditation, breath work and yin to calm the mind and feed the soul.

Her flow classes are challenging, funny and insightful. Vikky’s philosophy about yoga is, “The mat is our “life nursery.” On the mat we learn the skills needed to flow with equanimity off the mat.” She teaches off the mat and provides verbal and hands-on assists to help you with your practice. The music is contemporary and upbeat. Known as the #hugthug, don’t be surprised if she hugs you tight.

Kara Jane Wilkinsky

Kara-Jane has been outgoing, spirited and energetic since childhood. She has a passion for living life to its fullest and bringing others along for the ride. Although her love of yoga happened a little later in life, it has integrated itself into her everyday way of living.

While having dabbled in a variety of yoga classes over the past 10 years, her passion for yoga ignited when she stepped into a live vocal, candlelit Yin Yoga practice at a studio that offered childcare. Having been a stay-at-home mom for over 5 years, she was looking for something more, something she could call her own. The profound experience set her forth on a journey to not only deepen her physical practice, but explore the spiritual side she had not yet discovered. Through yoga, Kara-Jane has learned to live a more balanced life, taking the teachings learned in her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Connection Coalition Trauma Informed Outreach Training on and off the mat. Her passion is to share the positive effects yoga has had upon her life in hopes of continuing this positive effect among others.

Having been a competitive dancer and cheerleader growing up, she incorporates high energy flows and up-beat music into her classes. You will also find slow, mindful movements that allow students to work inward and focus on their own personal journey. Kara-Jane welcomes all yogis, new and practiced alike, and hopes to bring the fun and healing aspects of yoga to all.

Adriana Lee

Adriana was first introduced to yoga at the age of nine, then again at 13, and again and again until finally the practice stuck with her like glue. Yoga taught her to see past the delusions and illusions of this life. It showed her the sweetness hidden beneath the gears of the daily grind. At 23, Adriana packed her bags and went to Spain for her 200 Hour RYT in Vinyasa Yoga at Frog Lotus Yoga's center Suryalila. She returned to her hometown Las Vegas, NV and studied an additional 50 hours of Forrest yoga under Heba Saab of HIBS Yoga. She continued her training with Heba by assisting and acting as a mentor to her 200 Hour trainees. Truly, she keeps learning every time she steps on to the mat. Her intention when she teaches is to share what she's learned about the magic of movement, and the bliss of being.
This intelligently sequenced class is set to 105 degrees with 40% humidity and inspired by the original 84 postures of the Ghosh Yoga method.
