Brittany Kovler

Brittany believes that yoga is not something that you only practice on your mat. Yoga is something you practice all day long. For Brittany, yoga has been a slow, consistent and beautiful process of self-exploration, self-transformation, self-acceptance and self-LOVE. Improvement in strength and flexibility, in the body and in the mind, may take years, decades or even a whole lifetime. Brittany keeps reminding herself and fellow practitioners that: “Body not stiff. Mind stiff.”

Brittany is a 500E-RYT, RPYT (Prenatal) and a certified holistic health coach. While living in Los Angeles she completed her first 200hr TT in 2012 based on hot power flow. In 2014, she attended a 300hr TT with Noah Maze, which was heavily influenced by the Anusara and Iyengar styles of yoga. In 2015, she attended an 85hr Prenatal TT at Wanderlust Studio in LA. After Brittany moved back to Florida, she studied in an Ashtanga Yoga 200hr TT with Tim Feldman and Kino MacGregor in 2018. Brittany graduated from University of Southern California with a BA in Acting and a minor in Vocal Arts.

  • All Levels Vinyasa (Non-Heated)
  • Vinyasa or often referred to as flow yoga is unique in the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Each movement is linked to either an inhale or an exhale. This class is great for all levels.
