Hey everyone, my name is Mikhail Nazaryev and I’m an aerobic gymnastics coach, personal and group fitness trainer.
I always lead others by example, find personal approach and really teach all levels from beginners to pro athletes.
Qualified TRX, Kettle-bell, Bootcamps, handstands and gymnastics overall fitness professional I build the community and let people train as a team by making hard work fun which is eventually bring everyone to awesome results!
Certified personal trainer, fitness science master degree, European and World Cup champion, World Games title holder.


Mikhail Nazaryev instructs the following:
  • Barefoot Boot Camp (Heated)
  • Using traditional and not so traditional kettlebell drills, and other props, combined with high intensity interval training to build on your fitness foundation, this class is designed to introduce you to functional movement training and weight baring exercises!
     
    Although the class is intense, it is considered an ALL LEVELS CLASS. You will spend the hour finding your 100% maximal effort, no matter where you start from!

  • TRX Bootcamp
  • Suspension training with a bootcamp/cardio flare! in this intense 60 minute bootcamp class the instructor uses multiple modalities ranging from Kettlebells, Battleropes, Steel Maces, Bands, Dumbbells, and of course the TRX to create a fun and dynamic 1 hour thrilling experience! All levels welcome. a yoga mat is optional but encouraged, and always have a water bottle for hydration!  

  • Aerobics Gymnastics Ages 6-12
  • Aerobic Gymnastics is an International sport with well know world wide competitions outside the U.S. It is slowly gaining popularity around the United States with an International Open championships once a year on the West Coast. This sport combines gymnastics skills with dance as a fast-paced energetic format. Preforming to music the gymnast preforms high intensive, continuous movements utilizing strength, flexibility and agility. This sport is great fun and has less impact and danger than traditional gymnastics programs.  Get your child involved in this exciting new wholesome sport and maybe they can compete at the championships one day.

  • Team Aerobics Gymnastics Practice

  • Love Spin Circuit
  • Turbo charge your workout! Love Spin Circuit training is a total body workout that involves performing both strength and cardio training exercises.  We have combined TRX kettlebells, light  weights, battle ropes, bands, slam balls and spin bikes for a fun, high intensity workout. Join in and challenge yourself!

  • Bootcamp (All Levels, Non-Heated)
  • Using traditional and not so traditional kettle bell drills combined with high intensity interval training to build on your fitness foundation, this class is designed to introduce you to functional movement training and weight baring exercises!

  • Love Spin TRX
  • Turbo charge your workout! Love Spin TRX training is a total body workout that involves performing both strength and cardio training exercises. We have combined TRX and Spin  bikes for a fun, high intensity workout. Join in and challenge yourself! 25 minutes of Spin, 25 minutes of TRX and a great warm up and cool down!!!

  • TRX (Non-Heated)
  • TRX Suspension Training utilizes gravity & your own body weight to challenge your muscles & test your endurance. This class uses functional movements & balance to challenge & strengthen the stabilizing muscles in the body, while remaining suitable & accessible for all levels. This unheated class may contain mobility, cardio, & strength drills to complement the TRX experience.
