Keri Kaufman

Keri just recently moved down to Florida from Plainview, New York. She has always loved being a part of the fitness world. This has been a passion of hers for more than 20 years along with being an Elementary School teacher. Just as she loved seeing the growth in her students at school academically, she equally enjoys motivating her clients to transform their bodies and increase fitness levels. Keri strives to make every workout fun, challenging and efficient. She enjoys getting to know her clients and tailoring sessions for each class, whether they have never been to a gym before or have been training for years. As a group fitness instructor and former Elementary Education teacher, she brings excitement and creativity to her workouts. Keri's goal is to help clients reach their fitness goals with sustainable, balanced and healthy lifestyle changes. She holds her certifications from Real Ryder, MADD Dog Spinning, TRX, AFAA Group Fitness, Pilates and Personal Training.

Keri Kaufman instructs the following:
  • Bootcamp (All Levels, Non-Heated)
  • Using traditional and not so traditional kettle bell drills combined with high intensity interval training to build on your fitness foundation, this class is designed to introduce you to functional movement training and weight baring exercises!

    Although the class is intense, it is considered an ALL LEVELS CLASS. You will spend the hour finding your 100% maximal effort, no matter where you start from!

  • TRX (Non-Heated)
  • TRX Suspension Training utilizes gravity & your own body weight to challenge your muscles & test your endurance. This class uses functional movements & balance to challenge & strengthen the stabilizing muscles in the body, while remaining suitable & accessible for all levels. This unheated class may contain mobility, cardio, & strength drills to complement the TRX experience.

  • Love Spin Circuit
  • Turbo charge your workout! Love Spin Circuit training is a total body workout that involves performing both strength and cardio training exercises.  We have combined TRX kettlebells, light  weights, battle ropes, bands, slam balls and spin bikes for a fun, high intensity workout. Join in and challenge yourself!
