Sooz Melissa brings the hype! She always leads her classes and personal training clients with positivity and contagious high energy. Her passion in life is to guide & educate others in being the best, happiest & healthiest version of themselves. She is a graduate from FAU, where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Education focusing on Exercise Science and Health Promotion and a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Sooz uses these two in combination with years of professional experience to inspire, educate and positively influence the lives of those around her through fitness, proper nutrition and behavior coaching.

Sooz Melissa instructs the following:
  • Bootcamp (All Levels, Non-Heated)
  • Using traditional and not so traditional kettle bell drills combined with high intensity interval training to build on your fitness foundation, this class is designed to introduce you to functional movement training and weight baring exercises!

    Although the class is intense, it is considered an ALL LEVELS CLASS. You will spend the hour finding your 100% maximal effort, no matter where you start from!

    Workout Twerkout is more than just your average dance fitness class. We shift the way women feel about themselves, guiding them to live happier, healthier, braver and more confident every day. Welcoming & encouraging women of all ages, shapes and sizes to join us in our movement to empower one another through dance. We laugh, we sweat, we have fun & we smile! We move our bodies safely, effectively, with so much passion & energy and we pride ourselves on our #JudgementFreeZone policy; because of that, we even get a little sexy at times!
