Her passion in life is to guide & educate others in being the best, happiest & healthiest version of themselves. She is a graduate from FAU, where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Education focusing on Exercise Science and Health Promotion and a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Sooz uses these two in combination with years of professional experience to inspire, educate and positively influence the lives of those around her through fitness, proper nutrition and behavior coaching.

Although the class is intense, it is considered an ALL LEVELS CLASS. You will spend the hour finding your 100% maximal effort, no matter where you start from!
