Melissa grew up in New Jersey. After moving to South Florida in 2009 she earned her Masters in Education and taught middle school writing. After her children were born she discovered yoga and then Pilates as not only a fantastic workout but an excellent way to practice mental focus, improve her health, and heal sports injuries. Now she brings her love of teaching to the fitness world.
In her classes students of all levels can expect to be challenged and to aim for their personal best in a super fun atmosphere with cool beats, good vibes, and lots of positive energy.

Balls, bands, light weights and more are used in this high-intensity class to assist in creating proper form and to intensify certain exercises. This class uses the technique of traditional mat pilates and the intensity of cardio intervals to create a whole body workout. 95 degrees with 40% humidity.
