She found yoga in August 2016 when she stopped her career in human resources to raise her children. When she no longer had the distractions of corporate America she realized that she was lacking purpose in life. It was then that she decided to take her first yoga class and was moved emotionally to tears. That moment helped her understand what it meant to be comfortable with the uncomfortable and her yogic journey began. Her family (husband, 2 daughters) moved from California to South Florida in August 2017 where her passion to understand the practice grew deeper. Discovering the mind-body connection has allowed her the opportunity to develop an attitude of gratitude that she would like to share with others.
